Tell us the job that keeps not getting done. A person reads every message and replies: not a queue, not a chatbot, and not an automated sequence. If the job turns out not to be worth automating, you will be told that plainly rather than sold something else.

What should I include so the reply is useful?

Three things make the first reply worth reading.

What the job actually is
Not “help with admin” but the specific task: reconciling supplier invoices against bank statements, or answering the same six questions in the inbox every week.
Roughly how often it happens
Daily, a few times a week, once a month. A ten-minute monthly task usually isn’t worth building an agent around, and it helps to hear that early.
Which tools it lives in
Gmail or Outlook, Xero or QuickBooks, a CRM, a spreadsheet someone maintains by hand. An AI employee works inside your real tools, so this shapes what is actually possible from the first message.
How often it happens

“Send this brief” opens your own email with the message already written, so you can read it and change it before it goes. If you would rather not use it, the address and number beside this form reach the same person.

Rather read
something first?
